Join us for an unforgettable performance that brings together music, faith, and community. Now in its 15th year, the Interfaith Concert features music from diverse faith communities, our own Interfaith Youth Chorus directed by Maria A. Ellis, a new work featuring stortyteller Bobby Norfolk with music by Paul Reuter, and soprano Angel Love and mezzo soprano Benedetta Orsi singing the beloved “Flower Duet” from Leo Delibes’ opera Lakme, accompanied by pianist Alla Voskoboynikova and a string quintet conducted by Darwin Aquino, Music Director of St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra.

Join us for the re-enactment of the Spanish tradition of “Las Posadas” on Saturday, December 6th. The procession begins at Boone’s Lick and South Main and proceeds to the corner of First Capitol and Riverside Drive. Participants carry candles while following Mary and Joseph as they seek shelter prior to arriving at Bethlehem. Our journey ends at a live nativity scene on the riverfront. We will celebrate our journey by singing Christmas carols around Jesus in a manger.
